Ability to test PR merged with upstream branch (and make it the default?) #104

It'll be good to checkout the PR merged with the upstream branch instead of just the PR branch.

Some providers like github already provide, when possible, a merge branch. With other this should be done manually.

If the merge isn't possible the run should fail.

Open questions:

Make it the default (with an option to disable it)?
