Replace airshipctl-deploy-ephemeral-node role with bash script in tools/gate

Problem description
as a part of issue #222 , deploying of ephemeral node should be done by bash script and airshipctl-deploy-ephemeral-node needs to be gone

This bash script then would be used by developer for easier dev env set up and by gate/runner role or playbook, that is to be developed in issue #223
