Redfish Emulator Documentation - Stale Issue

Problem description (if applicable)
I'm picking up this stale issue, abandoned in April regarding Redfish emulator documentation. The abandoned patchset is here
It contains a lot of documentation regarding a Redfish emulator environment setup and was desired to become part of the airshipctl/docs dir, but was later abandoned by the committer.

Proposed change
I'll go through the patchset, accommodate all the comments that were left unaddressed and upload a new patchset mapped onto this issue to finish this stale work.
