Control Center docs update

This is how we could improve the documentation:

We need to update Control Center docs to latest release V.0.51.0

1. Updating Status view docs with the four status options the user can see here:

   • We have four states to reflect the component status in the cluster.
     a) Red : services are not running, but they are targeting pods and can be healthy or not, depending if all
     the underlying pods are healthy
     b) Yellow: component needs configuration
     c) Green: component/pods are running .
     d) Gray: component is disabled and not running

2. Update Connectors screenshot
   2.1. Move "Configuration" info from "https://airy.co/docs/core/ui/control-center/catalog" page to this view.

3. Update Catalog view showing {search navigation and filter added, different cards' status as "Install/open/coming soon"} with this ticket info : 3402

4. Update "Inbox UI" docs to show the component flow on Control Center.

5. Updated Contacts docs to show the component flow ion Control Center.
