Skip segment shortcut no longer works

Issue just started today or yesterday, whenever a manual skip segment shows up I can no longer use the Enter key to skip it, no matter how many times I press the key. Tried rebinding it and binding the skip segment shortcut to something else, but no luck. I can still skip segments by clicking on the skip segment popup though.
