Broken link in gtm query-status error message #4

My permissions are apparently wrong, but the link it suggests to get more info lands on a 404:

$ akamai gtm --edgerc ~/.edgerc --section default query-status amt.akadns.net --property r4v4 --verbose --json
... [FAIL]
Unable to retrieve status. API Error: 403 403 Forbidden The client does not have the grant needed for the request More Info https://problems.luna.akamaiapis.net/-/pep-authz/deny

The redirect sequence is:

Browser attempts https://problems.luna.akamaiapis.net/-/pep-authz/deny
303 to https://developer.akamai.com/stuff/edgegrid/problems/-/pep-authz/deny
302 to https://developer.akamai.com/legacy/stuff/edgegrid/problems/-/pep-authz/deny
404 with https://developer.akamai.com/error
