It would be nice to output or have the option to output the information returned in the error response, this is annoying to troubleshoot:

$ akamai gtm --edgerc /home/jholland/.edgerc --section default query-status amt.akadns.net
... Collecting Domain status
Querying status ...... [FAIL]
Unable to retrieve status.
