What were you doing?

Using the country filter in the project hierarchy.

What should've happened?

It's not very clear what should be happening.

My environment

No response

Additional context

Since one doesn't have a view of the entire hierarchy, is the current view supposed to be filtered? It seems like it is, but that leaves us in situations where if the parent is not in the filter, it disappears and the filtered children are still visible - but without the parent.

The actual goal of this filter has to be defined.
