Anonymous use

I've set up an rather simple option ANON_LOGIN into config to support fully anonymous usage to my personal installation. My solution pretty much discards everything login-related functionality, but IMO something more robust should be included in mainstream code.

i'd like to hear more about this use case

i think there is functionality in LM that should never be exposed to anonymous users, such as overwriting slugs and deleting them (when that is supported). Arguably stats should not be public either, but maybe that is fine

if anyone has thoughts on all this, please share them
