4. UK Civilian overlays

This modification allows for various UK civilian overlays (airfields, navigation points etc)

  1. script.js (initialize_map()) add overlays - (ref: AK4A)
  2. Add 7 geojson files to layers sub-directory
  3. Add 2 images to layers/img/ sub-directory

References, eg: "ref: AK1C" refer to comments in the code that can be searched for to locate the specific changes
