We currently have some guidance that is marked as published, but contains the text:

This is a DRAFT document for discussion. This is not finalised. All aspects of this document are subject to change. Please leave comments on any aspect of it.

This doesn't quite seem right.

It would probably be better to have this rendered on each page based on the status, then it's central, and doesn't need to be removed after each status change.
