The JS AMP toolbox has added a new AMP Story CSS optimizer transformer. Given that the PHP toolbox is used for the Web Stories WP plugin, we should add that transformer as well here.

Related issues in the JS toolbox repository:

  1. Add AmpStoryCssTransformer amp-toolbox#1270
  2. follow up to the addition of AmpStoryCssTransformer amp-toolbox#1271
