I've got a problem with position of md-tooltip. When parent is scrollable and I scroll a little bit down, md-tooltip position is far away from its correct position. Here is plnkr:

I'm still experiencing this bug on Chrome and Safari. The plunker referenced above is pegged to master and still demonstrates the problem. Firefox works fine!

Ah, I am able to recreate the bug in Safari, but not in Chrome.

Not sure if it matters, but my exact Chrome is 41.0.2272.101 (64-bit) on OSX 10.10.1
