Auto Refresh Discord URLs for Waifu Error

Describe the bug

The older image hosting is using tumblr. This caused error when we are trying to refresh the URL because the URL are not from discord.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://api.animemoe.us/waifu/?page=xxx and try to go in old page with all data contains URL from tumblr only
2. You should see the error page instead of the data

Expected behavior
The refresher URL feature should work with discord URL, and has no error when handling the URL from Tumblr

Current assumption: when the URL data contains all Tumblr URLs in the discord, the API can't process this because the expected is at least we send one URL in the list.
