Mainnet readiness: overview

This is an overall tracking issue for mainnet readiness of:

• the Namada core protocol, all code for which lives in this repository
• the Namada Ledger application, all code for which lives in https://github.com/zondax/ledger-namada

All issues tracked herein in transitive dependencies should be scoped to code in these two repositories. Other aspects of mainnet readiness are not covered.
