Use conditional rendering of movie list

Background
As the movie list can grow and is already over 1000 or 600 for testing service, this can be a performance hit especially if we wanted to add in images and other media. Currently it is fine but will not scale so adding in the ability to conditionally render once in the viewport would be a major increase for scaling
