Failing tests with cryptography 42.0.0 #697

SUMMARY

These seem to be exclusively caused by pyca/cryptography#10237, which has been fixed already in the main branch and will be in the 42.0.1 release.

cryptography 42.0.1 has been released which should fix this: https://cryptography.io/en/latest/changelog/#v42-0-1

The OpenSSH issues are resolved, but the tests for openssl_dhparam are still failing. Need to investigate that.

This has been resolved with cryptography 42.0.1 and #698.
