General question:
Are there any plans to release version compatibile with RHEL9 CIS Benchmark v2.0.0 ?

I can confirm that it is written and has been released already to subscribers. The release process we take is, when we write new baseline updates they are first released to subscribers, then approx 3months later we release to public repositories for the community.
I can let you know that a lot has changed, with new sections and tasks moved between sections. It is not a direct update and will involve testing the new layout and control.
