Habemus molecule forum

With help from @gundalow and our GitHub friends, we were able to enable this unreleased feature of GitHub.

I have really big hopes about it, including

• replacing the inactive molecule-users google group
• keeping discussions near code, tracker and other projects
• avoiding cluttering the issue tracker with "support" questions
• using https://www.reddit.com/r/ansible/ only for announces and subjects that involve other parts of the ecosystem
• less noise on #ansible-molecule irc channel from new users, as this is mostly used by developers of molecule core or plugins.

PS. Please avoid abusing it with memes! ;)
