Ignore MOLECULE_INVENTORY_FILE what was set in environment

when I'm using MOLECULE_INVENTORY_FILE env variable for my scenario to get in my project the scenario inventory file, it doesn't generate it, it seems it still is using the default instead of my configuration and put it in .cache .
