UI needs improvement

The "Manage virtual environment" tab is getting overly complicated. Some tasks:

• Simplify amount of capabilities
• Improve general Python global installations usability
• Window resize
• Separate Python package management capabilities
• Remove color of buttons. See Remove yellow colors #61

Here are the points we discussed today :

For now:

• Not recommended check box : should show table only when checked Issue #65
• Create Correct Conda Venv and enable all "Manage" buttons for Conda PR #67
• Notes: Italics/bold Font PR #64
• Reduce PyAnsys Image PR #64
• Include Dividers (Manage Page) Issue #65
• Delete with RMB (Conda/Python) - Venv and Python Installation Remove selected version from the available python installations.  #14

Later :

• VS code inclusion : Documentation Page
• after UIUX Team inputs - 4th tab : Launch , Drop down on Venvs (not table)

@abhishekchitwar @rs-bh-n please start work on the points discussed. I will be happy to review and provide guidance. Public release is coming soon and we should have these points implemented. Get in touch if you need anything. most of these things shouldn't take long (apart from the conda features)
