Describe the problem/challenge you have
The service IP in CI cluster coincidentally matches a server IP within the corporate network, allowing the service IP to remain accessible even after deleting the service. This situation contradicts the expected behavior of the test.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Update service CIDRs parameter in CAPV description file
  2. Update the Vagrant file for static testbeds

@XinShuYang I don't know if this a good first issue. It looks like a bit of knowledge is required about the internal testbed and internal network?

Yes, this shouldn't be a good first issue. Only few people can access the testbeds.
