Is there any existing java lint CI in the apache/arrow? I did a quick check but found nothing. @lidavidm @kou

It's probably part of the big docker lint job, let me check

We're using Spotless: apache/arrow#40757

I think that it's integrated with Maven.

We could possibly make a lint job that runs with warnings-as-errors and has error-prone enabled (though IIRC we aren't yet warning-clean)
