In current cluster-setup.adoc, it shows how to install the minikube and knative and then shows how to install the minishift. It looks like if we install the minishift, we don't need to install the knative. But from my understanding we still need to install knative on top of minishift.
I think we should update the document for it, any thought?

In both cases knative is optional and camel k can work without it (knative features will be disabled).
I think the guide has that structure because it's a bit harder to install knative on minishift than minikube because of additional grants you need to provide to make it work.
Thanks for the explanation. I saw the knative installation is optional after reread the document.
Maybe we could as some explanation or document reference on the minishift side if they want to install the knative on the minishift.
