• we test with https://github.com/pszymczyk/embedded-consul - see replace unmaintained embedded-consul with testcontainers.org/modules/consul/ #296 but embedded-consul will do for now

looks like we would need to drop java 8 support for pekko-discovery-consul if we moved to the kiwiproject lib. See kiwiproject/consul-client#13
