Feature Request: Dynamic Maximum Value for Bullet and Gauge Charts

Hello everyone,

I'm using Apache Superset for data visualization and have encountered a limitation with Bullet Charts and Gauge Charts. Specifically, I need the ability to set the maximum value of these charts dynamically based on a metric. Currently, Superset only allows the maximum value to be set manually, which doesn't accommodate situations where data changes frequently.

Problem Details

Chart Types: Bullet Chart, Gauge Chart
Requirement: Ability to set the maximum value dynamically based on a metric.
Current Limitation: The maximum value must be entered manually.
Needed Functionality: Both the maximum value and the represented value should be tied to dynamic metrics, updating automatically as the underlying data changes.
Additional Comments

This feature would greatly enhance the flexibility of these charts, especially for dashboards that monitor data with varying ranges. Any suggestions, workarounds, or thoughts on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated. I’ve noticed others in the community have encountered similar challenges, so it seems to be a common need.
