Dedicated resource allocation

Hi im deploying clusters (redis/postgresql) with kbcli and notice the result of kbcli cluster describe

kbcli cluster describe redis-sdl -n redis

I can't find any documentations about dedicated part. Can you guys explain to me what it is? Thank you
