[appserver-io/doppelgaenger] extend the debug abilities of produced code

Currently produced code is very difficult to debug. Thrown exceptions state different lines as in the original file and method and file names differ.

UAC:

• The mentioned lines MUST be the same as in the original implementation
• The mentioned file SHOULD be the original file
• The mentioned methods MUST be the original ones

This might be doable by using this extension

contract exceptions will show the correct file, method and line. Normal exceptions will show the correct line but the file from our cache.
