In the arches collector manager, this error occurs when switching away from the map extent page: mapbox/mapbox-gl-draw#820. This error prevents a user from then filling out the rest of the mobile survey without reloading the page.

The error is appears to be fixed in the latest: mapbox/mapbox-gl-js#7479
