Describe the bug

examples/hello-world-esm fails to generate schema on start.

To Reproduce

run examples/hello-world-esm as-is on codesandbox

Expected behavior

mesh to start without an error.

Environment:

• OS:
• @graphql-mesh/...: 0.70.4
• NodeJS: 16

Additional context

Imported examples/hello-world-esm into codesandbox and hit this error
