Using Arduino IDE 1.5.8 Nov 4, compiling for Due

"Verify" does "compile" and when you do immediately "Upload" , without making changes , it gets compiled again.
Very frustrating since it still compiles "faster than a speeding bullet" AKA snail's pace.

This is a known problem on Windows since 1.5.7, which will be fixed in the next release. See #2255 for details.
