I'm trying to install the argoverse-api on my Red Hat system, but I always encounter an error no matter how I attempt the installation. It keeps prompting me to install setuptools>=40.8.0, even though I have already installed the required version 56.2.0 as needed. This is causing me trouble, and I'm not sure how to resolve it.
