Needs scrollbar

If you're on a char like mine who's done every M+ or challenge mode to date, plus tons of toys and is engineer, lets just say portals menu is VERY long. to point i can't even access entire thing.

it needs a scrollbar, or possibly just refactoring into sub categories, maybe wormholes, dungeon teleports etc in sub menus?

This is already WIP. Also it was supposed to work with mouse scroll but for some bogus reason it doesn't, thus I'm working on moving stuff into sub-categories. I intend to release new version this weekend, please be patient a little bit

Srollbars right now is WIP so I've made subcategories for a time being as I really have a little time atm. I do plan to rework addon but not right now. Tell me if that's ok after todays release
