To improve the description text

Try to update and improve the description text, based on the historical storytelling and other writing and communications that has been done to-date – making it consistent with descriptions of the project in other places like the blog post, the GitHub page, etc

• Clearly introduce and link to the Alouette_extract GitHub page, as the place for anyone interested to be able to learn how to access and work with the data. Can then also link to the Open Data Portal, etc..

• Try to adhere to the naming convention: of Alouette-1, Alouette-2, ISIS-1, etc. While Alouette-1, Alouette 1, and Alouette I are seen in the literature, I recommend Alouette-1, to be more consistent with the early satellites of the era: Sputnik-1, Explorer-1, etc.
