why is there little libs uder python lib? #1373

Steps to Reproduce

rye sync
ls the lib directory under python
will find very little libs under there.
this will make some wierd errors and after I copy all libs install by other pkg manager(such as conda) problem solved.

do a full installtion about python.

a lot of libs missing
