No "previous" and "next" at the bottom of the page

The "previous" and "next" navigation links are only on the top of the page. That means that I need to scroll back up to go to the next page. Astropy itself has some pages in the narrative docs that are quite long; it would help to repeat the "previous" and "next" button on the bottom of the page.
