Describe the bug

This is a transitive bug from https://github.com/APIDevTools/json-schema-ref-parser, but gonna keep an issue to track it.

Minimal reproducible input:

{
    "$schema": "http://json-schema.org/draft-07/schema#",
    "definitions": {
         "Root": true
    },
    $ref: "#/definitions/Root"
}

Workaround

If you encounter such a problem, resolve the root reference yourself (if that is possible).
