Doesn't seem like it would be useful as a CI/CD tool in its current state, but perhaps later on.

Actually, reading over the README a second time I realized that GitHub Actions & its support for secrets could allow for the token to be passed to the tool, so in theory it could be used to ensure that I have starred all applicable repos.
