For some releases now the keybinding Ctrl+Shift+7 in a qwerty pt_PT (no dead keys) layout is not working correctly.

Operating System: Ubuntu 14.04

Expected key: Ctrl+/
Real Keybinding: Ctrl+?

(when using Ctrl+. to debug)

Bottom line, I think it is mapped to the wrong key.

I can't wrap my head around why it would do that?
In version 0.129.0-16c9c41 I tried to replicate using both Danish and English keyboard layouts.
English: Ctrl+Shift+7 gave me "ctrl-&", which is correct.
Danish: Ctrl+Shift+7 still gave me "ctrl-&", which is wrong, it should be "ctrl-/".

I can see how that could go wrong, but from that and to resolve to a key that's not even near... 😕

Something weird is indeed going on...

Edit: Just tested it with Portuguese layout, and it still gives me "ctrl-&", could you confirm that this is the case for you too, using this version? (Just so that the bug-hunting programmers have something to go from).

OS here is Debian Jessie.
