As of now git main Autotools build does not work under NetBSD as it can not detect the library properly.

Configuration summary:
----------------------
DON'T HAVE libusb
DON'T HAVE libusb_1_0
DON'T HAVE libftdi1
DON'T HAVE libftdi
DON'T HAVE libreadline

I have not looked into the details of NetBSD pkgsrc here to see how they build avrdude 6.4 version using Autotools. Maybe we can learn something from it.
