when dragging and dropping an effects method onto a material, the effect isn't applied to the material in the view #209

Steps to reproduce

  • open blank lib
  • create a new spheregeometry
  • create a new mesh
  • creaate a new materialon the mesh
  • create a new fogmethod by using the plus button in the materials panel
  • drag and drop the fog method on the left over the material on the left

Expected result

The sphere material appears with a grey tint as a result of the fogmethod

Actual result

The sphere material appears no different. To see what the fogmethod should actually look like you can add the same effects method directly from the plus button in the effects sub-panel in material properties
