Describe the bug

npm ERR! code E500
npm ERR! 500 Internal Server Error - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@aws-cdk/cx-api/-/cx-api-2.101.1.tgz - KV GET failed: 401 Unauthorized

Expected Behavior

no error, package to install successfully

Current Behavior

401 unauthorized. navigating to npmjs website gives error: looks like something unexpected occurred!

installs fail

Reproduction Steps

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@aws-cdk/cx-api

Possible Solution

redeploy package to npm

looks like NPM in general is having issues - @aws-cdk/cx-api is just what popped up as the error :)
