From what I can see, we're still missing AWS Elastic Beanstalk endpoints and AWS AppConfig Agent Lambda ARNs to complete fact-tables.ts

Doesn't look to me like Elastic Beanstalk has launched yet in this region. We will need to move on without them.

arn:aws:lambda:ca-west-1:436199621743:layer:AWS-AppConfig-Extension:1 is the current ca-west-1 value for the AppConfig layer.

I also can't find any support for the Deep Learning Containers. [1] Please correct me if I'm wrong here.
