Describe the feature

In aws-location-alpha, api key has not been supported yet.

Adding the APIKey class to the alpha module enables easier usage.

Use Case

To use api key.

Proposed Solution

Add APIKey class.

Other Information

An API key is created to use MAP, place index, and route calculator from the application.

Therefore, I intend to implement this after #30647 and #30681 are closed.
