Currently, the aws-iot.ActionProperty interface is missing an implementation of the CloudWatch Logs Rule Action

Use Case

Forwarding IoT rule result to CloudWatch logs as is possible via CloudFormation or the web console.

Proposed Solution

Implement as is available for the other rule actions already.

@robert-hanuschke - it seems this property is not exposed through CloudFormation yet

Looks like the action is now available in cloudformation: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-properties-iot-topicrule-cloudwatchlogsaction.html
