How to programmaticaly retrieve apprunner service url to use it to create an API Gateway endpoint?

Hello,

I would like to know how I can retrieve my apprunner service URL to inject it in an addon template to create an ApiGatewayV2::Integration ressource like I can do it with backend services?

I tried something with overrides but I can't make it work when creating the ApiGatewayV2Integration ressource as I can't set the IntegrationUri parameter.

Made it work with an output printing the full url based on the Service.ServiceUrl which is then used in the API Gateway configuration.
