Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Running a platform for multiple customers in a single tenant model for example can be challenging when needing to sift out other customer use line items for the invoice.
Providing an isolated invoice for certain OUs would provide beneficial for this.

Extend costAndUsageReport to allow Invoice Configuration
