We are seeking highly self-motivated, responsible, and guest-oriented Ride Operators to join a team dedicated to operating a new attraction at*Top of the Rock* -- a photo opportunity experience inspired by the famous workmen’s lunch photo from the original construction of Rockefeller Center from the 69th floor.
**Job Summary**
The Ride Operator must exhibit a high degree of motivation toward providing guest satisfaction by displaying a friendly approach to service guests. In addition, the Ride Operator must be able to deal with many guests, including a high volume of tourists, each day in a positive, friendly manner.
Under general supervision, the Ride Operator is responsible for the proper operation of the Top of the Rock attraction as outlined in the following Job Requirements.
**Job Requirements / Essential Functions of the Position:**
· Complete daily Pre-Opening Inspection Checklists.
· Maintain a clean ride area, free of trash or debris throughout the day.
· Able to arrive early and/or leave late-night; able to operate at normal operating hours under all types of outdoor weather conditions.
· Monitor and observe the ride and guests to affect a safe operation; able to regulate guest’s actions and behavior.
· Direct guests to load/unload in a safe, efficient manner (as trained); assist loading/unloading children and ADA guests, as needed.
· Respond quickly to unusual situations during normal operation i.e., power failure, operating system faults/shut-downs, fire alarms, and guest evacuation.
· Provide verbal instructions to guests at the start, end, and – if needed – during the ride cycle.
· Enforce all ride rules, posted and communicated.
· Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of the ride operation including successfully operating the Operator Control Console (OCC) and its troubleshooting procedures; must be able to cross-train in different roles required of the operation.
· During training periods, must be able to assimilate information provided in the Employee Handbook, Ride Manual, and all verbal instructions from mid and upper level management
· The Ride Operator must remain focused on the job while dealing with interruptions from guests and/or employee contact.
· Must be willing to conform to employer’s grooming and personal hygiene requirements and wear the proper issued uniform. A neat, clean, professional appearance is always required.
· Must be willing and able to perform all other job duties and assignments as assigned by management.
**Work Schedule**
This position requires the employee to work a variable weekly schedule, 5-6 days a week as early as 6AM to as late as 1AM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Dishwasher Team Member is part of the Operations team and performs all duties related to dishwashing and maintaining general cleanliness of the facility in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures
Location: The Micro Kitchen is located in Long Island City, NY, and this will be an onsite role.
**Responsibilities:**
* Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and smallwares .
* Ensure all cleaned items are proper l y stored in their designated spots on the clean racks .
* Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, walls, and shelves in the dish area. Keep dish room floor clear of any dry or liquid debris.
* Clean dish room using hot water, hoses, cleaning chemicals, scrub pads, and brushes according to established SOPs and to meet company standards.
* Empty trash containers and replace liners in the dish room and elsewhere in the facility as communicated by facility leadership .
* R eplenish dish room supplies as needed. Notify Team Member responsible for purchasing supplies of any impending shortages before supplies are exhausted.
* Utilize cleaning checklists and adhere to Safety and Master Sanitation Schedule Operating Procedures .
* Follow established hazardous material safety procedures.
* Comply with established procedures, including health and sanitation and safe work practices.
* Practice safe use of tools and equipment required by position.

* Help with any cleaning emergencies that occur in the facility.

The Inbound/Outbound Team Member provides support to ensure on-time delivery of all inbound/outbound movement of raw materials and finished goods according to set specifications and quality standards. This role supports all aspects of inbound and outbound daily operations including buying, receiving, ordering, shipping, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage the flow of raw materials and finished products into and out of the facility.
* Comprehend and follow instructions, packing lists, pick sheets/fulfillment orders, inventory count sheets, and purchase orders.
* Perform all functions of inbound receiving related to receiving, inspecting, logging in and placement to storage areas and carts of all product delivered.
* Verify receiving common carrier documentation and driver check in.
* Inspect arriving product for compliance with Whole Foods Market quality standards.
* Verify quantities received match common carrier documentation and provide support with scanning in product to verify receipt onsite.
* Unload truck shipments manually or with a manual pallet jack to be counted, recorded in computer system, and staged for stocking work centers and storage.
* Support FSQA to compare manufacturer ingredient label against specifications sheets to ensure compliance.
* Receive and affix sticker-based labels to product for labeling record.
* Restack product as needed for storage and staging of product to be stocked.
* Break down product onto separate pallets, tag, and move product to assigned storage locations within the facility.
* Complete all documentation of items to be shipped.
* Load all recyclable materials and other products to be shipped on to truck manually or with a pallet jack.
* Monitor stock levels and work with facility leadership to place orders to replenish raw materials, as necessary.
* Communicate with production team to ensure timely replenishment of product.
* Complete all required daily documentation for FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), metal detection, and all other logs as required for the facility.
* Understand the use of time and temperature indicator labels.
* Clear receiving areas of product, recyclable materials, and trash.
* Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment and maintain equipment in accordance with Whole Foods Market cleanliness and safety standards.
