Demo not working for "Sign In and Sign Up with Username or Email" #636

Every demo link in the readme show a screen with the following error:

AADB2C90092: The provided application with ID 'cfaf887b-a9db-4b44-ac47-5efff4e2902c' is disabled for the tenant 'b2clivedemo.onmicrosoft.com'. Please enable the application and try again.
