Add interactivity through javascript to the HTML output generated by breseq.

Ability to sort and filter tables of predicted mutations (for example on frequency or scores). This would allow the user to tune these parameters after a run is completed.
Ability to mark certain mutations as rejected or accepted manually?
Ability to export the filtered data as a new GenomeDiff or HTML file?
